No varieties of True Organic Cheese have any colour added.

What are the health benefits of drinking True Organic milk?

Does True Organic use homogenized milk in making cheese

No, our milk is pasteurised but not homogenized for making cheese.

Is the rennet used in making your cheese derived form animals

All our cheese has non-animal rennet and is therefore, suitable for vegetarians.
